IntelliWarp Migrate Privacy Policy
Version 1.1 | Effective Date: November 1, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
Evil Genius MindWorks LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we process. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
This policy applies to:
- IntelliWarp Migrate software application
- License activation and validation services
- Our website and support services
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide
| Data Type | When Collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Purchase/registration | Account management, support |
| Email address | Purchase/registration | License delivery, communication |
| Company name | Business purchases | Invoicing, license management |
| Payment information | Purchase | Process transactions (via payment processor) |
| Support requests | When you contact us | Provide assistance |
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
From the Software:
| Data Type | Description | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Machine ID | One-way hash of the Windows installation identifier and a random value stored for the Windows account; not derived from hardware | License binding |
| Computer information | Operating system platform, processor architecture and computer name (host name), sent at activation | License management, support |
| License Key | Your assigned key | Activation/validation |
| Software Version | Version number | Compatibility, support |
| File references | For each file counted against a license, a one-way hash of the license's grant identifier and the file's full path (never the file name or path), and their number | Usage tracking against license limits |
| Activation Status | Active/inactive/deactivated | License management |
| IP address | The address from which the Software connects, recorded with activations, deactivations and requests flagged by our abuse detection | Security, fraud prevention |
| Timestamps | When activation/validation occurs | Audit trail |
The Software also asks our public release index, at most once a day, whether a newer version exists (Configuration > Admin > Update Check, which you can turn off). That request carries no data about you or the installation beyond the IP address any connection reveals.
The Software sends your content, data files, reports and credentials only to the services you configure (your Qlik Cloud tenant, your identity provider, your directory and the storage services you select), never to us. Credentials you enter are stored encrypted on your computer.
From Our Website:
| Data Type | Description | Purpose |

| Browser Type | Browser and version | Compatibility |
| Pages Visited | Site navigation | Improve experience |
| Cookies | Session identifiers | Functionality |
